Phoenix is a comprehensive student management system.
Teachers use two parts of the student management system:
1. Phoenix SE to access the special education software.
2. Phoenix Grade Book is used to:

maintain electronic grade book

create interim progress reports and quarterly report cards

run reports to gather information on individuals students or an entire class

take student attendance

take lunch counts

create seating charts

access confidential information on students (medical information, parent's address and phone number)

communicate with parents and students via email

communicate with parents using the ParentVue Portal to view student's grades and missing assignments

communicate with students using the StudentVue Portal to view grades and missing assignments

Grade Book Channel
Comprehensive user guides are electronically stored in Loudoun Vision.
A teacher accesses Loudoun Vision using the LCPSGO portal or click on the link
below. An enrollment key is needed to enroll in the Phoenix Grade Book Channel
